That's right -- on March 7th, Caroline was ordained to the Ministry of the Word and Sacrament. It was a beautiful service at her home church, and a whole bunch of folks showed up to support her; friends and family came from out of town - as far as NYC. Her ordination commission was made up of 4 ministers and 4 elders from Charlotte Presbytery --- all people who have played an important roll in Caroline's life and call to ministry. The choir sang, the elders processed in and sat together - Covenant Presbyterian definitely knows how to do an ordination service!

Caroline will be installed as the Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Anderson on April 11th at the 11:00 service. Somehow the Sr. Minister talked me into preaching at the service. By then we should be moved into our new home. Lots to look forward to in the next few weeks!
